12- 1 p.m. Registration and drop offs to memorabilia table; light finger foods to snack on
1 - 5 p.m. Rehearsal with breaks at directors discretion
1 - 3 p.m. Band on Stage; Choir in music rooms 405 and 406 (alumni that are performing with the band and choir will rehearse with the band at this time; choir will be working in sectional rehearsals first ladies in rm 405 and men in rm 406)
3- 4:30 p.m. Band in the band room; Choir on the stage (alumni that are performing with band and choir will rehearse with the choir at this time)
4:30 p.m. all on stage for combined numbers
Note: there will be snacks and water provided for breaks
5 p.m. Dinner
6:30 p.m. dressed and warm-ups in music wing
7:00 p.m. concert
Concert attire will be black dress pants, black Freedom polo provided through registration fee, black dress shoes, black socks.
